The images shown on site are to give you a sense of colour tones for your flowers. Due to seasonal variations flower types shown may not be available. We will replace them with blooms of a similar colour and value. Colours of our wraps may also differ, but be assured, we will supply to the same value and quality. .
Charges: Please be sure to select the correct Zone for delivery when in checkout. If the incorrect zone is selected, the flower/gift value will be reduced or increased as required.
Requests for delivery at certain times of day (Epsom, Royal Oak, Onehunga, One Tree Hill) can be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
Incorrect Addresses; Please ensure that delivery details you provide are correct. Incorrect addresses may cause delay in delivery, and incur extra delivery charges.
In the unlikely event that your gift cannot be delivered it will be brought back to our store. We will make contact with you to arrange a new delivery time and date. A second delivery attempt may incur an additional charge
We do not deliver on Sunday or Public Holidays except for Mothers Day Sunday or if Valentines Day falls on a Sunday.
All prices on our site are in New Zealand Dollars. All prices include GST.(15%)
Please notify us by phone if you wish to cancel an order. Flowerise cannot accept cancellation of any order that has already been made and packaged. If the cancellation request is received prior to the order being made Flowerise will accept cancellation and provide a full refund.
If for any reason you are not happy with your gift or flowers, contact us immediately.Flowerise may,(depending on the circumstances), refund the price of the product or may offer other solutions such as resending the product or resending a different gift of the same value. This will be determined on a case by case basis in Flowerises complete discretion.
