Please be sure to select the correct Zone for delivery when in checkout. If the incorrect zone is selected, the flower/gift value will be reduced or increased as required.

Please be sure to supply correct delivery details as this may cause delays in delivery.

In the unlikely event that your gift cannot be delivered it will be brought back to our store. We will make contact with you to arrange a new delivery time and date.  A second delivery attempt may incur an additional charge
